Children Policy: Children aged under 10 years can join only in private vehicles and must be accompanied by an adult from the same group. They are not allowed to participate as drivers or in certain high-adventure activities.
Weather & Delays: Experiences may be rescheduled or altered due to weather or operational requirements. Safety is our top priority.
Payment Terms: Full payment is required to confirm a booking.
Payment Options: Accepted methods include online prepayment and cash payment at the pickup location (must be confirmed at the time of booking).
Payment Deadline: If payment is not received at least 48 hours before the activity and no cash arrangement is confirmed, the booking may be cancelled without notice.
Guest Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled activity are non-refundable.
No-Show: Failure to arrive on time at the pickup point will be treated as a no-show and is non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for missed tours due to late arrival, inaccurate pickup information, or unresponsiveness to confirmation messages.
Refund Process: Valid refunds will be processed within 3 business days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
For card payments, it may take an additional 3 to 7 working days for the amount to appear in your bank account.
Refunds for cash payments will be made in cash, either in person or through a mutually agreed method.
