2. Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Full payment may be required at the time of booking depending on the service selected.
Prices are quoted in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams) unless otherwise stated.
We accept payments via credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or cash (when applicable).
Bookings are only confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from us.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to info@desertrosetourism.com.
Cancellations made within the allowable cancellation period (specified at the time of booking) may be eligible for a refund.
No-shows and last-minute cancellations are non-refundable.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed via the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
Certain bookings (e.g. during peak seasons or for private tours) may be non-refundable. This will be stated clearly at the time of booking.

4. Changes and Modifications

Desert Rose Tourism LLC reserves the right to cancel or modify any itinerary or service due to weather, operational requirements, or safety concerns.
If we cancel a service for any reason, a full refund or suitable alternative will be offered.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that all participants in your booking are eligible and fit to travel (including health restrictions and age limitations).
It is your responsibility to be at the pick-up location on time. Delays caused by guests may result in missed services with no entitlement to refund.
For certain activities (such as quad biking), participants are expected to follow safety instructions. Participation is at your own risk.

6. Travel Insurance

Desert Rose Tourism LLC does not provide personal travel or medical insurance.
We recommend that all guests purchase adequate travel insurance to cover unforeseen events including medical emergencies, cancellations, or lost property.

7. Liability Disclaimer

While we take every effort to ensure safety and quality, Desert Rose Tourism LLC shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, accident, damage, or delay incurred during the course of your participation in any tour or activity.
We are not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged during the tour.
Activities such as dune bashing, quad biking, and off-road driving involve inherent risks. Guests participate at their own discretion and risk.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, images, logos, graphics, and tour descriptions is the property of Desert Rose Tourism LLC and may not be copied, modified, or reproduced without prior written permission.

9. Third-Party Services

Some services on our website may be provided by third-party partners (e.g., hotels, transport providers).
