Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Desert Rose Tourism LLC, we aim to provide seamless and memorable experiences. However, we understand that plans can change. Please review our policy below before making a reservation.

Tour Schedules and Changes

• All tour schedules, prices, routes, and service information published are accurate at the time of posting but may change without notice.

• Routes and timings may be adjusted during:

  • The holy month of Ramadan

  • Summer months

  • Force majeure events (e.g., weather, road closures, government restrictions, health emergencies)

• We reserve the right to cancel or modify any part of a tour or activity for operational or safety reasons.

Guest Cancellations

• Full payment is required to confirm a booking.

• Payment options include:

  • Online prepayment

  • Cash payment at the pickup location (must be confirmed at the time of booking)

• If payment is not received at least 48 hours before the activity and no cash arrangement is confirmed, the booking may be cancelled.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled activity are non-refundable.

• Failure to arrive on time at the pickup point will be treated as a no-show and is non-refundable.

• No refunds will be issued for missed tours due to:

  • Late arrival

  • Inaccurate pickup information

  • Unresponsiveness to confirmation messages

Tour Operator Cancellations

• We may cancel or modify a tour at any time due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Low participation

  • Safety concerns

  • Any other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

• In such cases, we may offer:

  • A full or partial refund

  • An alternative date or tour option (subject to availability)

• All decisions regarding compensation are at the discretion of Desert Rose Tourism LLC and our service partners.

Refund Process

• Valid refunds will be processed within 3 business days.

• Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

• For card payments, it may take an additional 3 to 7 working days for the amount to appear in your bank account.

• Refunds for cash payments will be made in cash, either in person or through a mutually agreed method.
