So get ready to feel the winter thrill and chills in the Middle East’s first indoor ski resort. Nestled inside the Mall of the Emirates, Ski Dubai is maintained at below zero temperatures throughout the year and offers you the chance to enjoy snow, meet the penguins, and even learn skiing.
The largest of its kind Ski Dubai imitates a snow-laden hill station that features an 85-meter-high indoor mountain with slopes, a full-fledged snow park, ski school, snow penguins, winter-themed cafes, and a bunch of polar activities. One of the best things to do in Ski Dubai is to hit the slopes and ski. Depending on your skills, you can choose from 5 different runs that have varying length and difficulty.
Inclusions

- Snow Plus:
- All inclusions of Snow classic with an option to choose any one from the below 2 hours on the slope ( skiers/snowboarders must be intermediate level 2 to access the slope ) OR Two rides of the Snow Bullet (zipline) 2 hours
- Slope Session: 2 hours skiing/snowboarding session (Skiers/snowboarders must be intermediate level 2 to access the slope) Winter Gear provided (jackets, trousers, disposable socks, boots, skis/snowboard and poles). Access to the snow park is not included Locker

- To ride on the Snow Bullet Ride children must be above eight years of age, 125 cm in height and more than 30 kg in weight. Adults should not weigh more than 120 kg Some rides and features require height and weight restrictions.
- Mobile and Cameras are not allowed inside the Penguin Encounter Area.
- Drinking and eating on the cold side is only permitted at the Avalanche Café and North 28 restaurant (Working hours: from 10 am to midnight) There will be no refund for unused or partially used services. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Guests are prohibited from bringing food and drinks into the Park. Slope access is available for experienced Skiers/Snowboarders only.
- For Snow premium, our operations will coordinate with you and the slot to be booked needs to be confirmed latest 48 hours prior to the visit date.
- The guest needs to carry our confirmation mail at the venue for Snow Premium. If you do not receive the same, please check with our team on the booking status before visiting.
- Ski/Snowboard equipment, Jackets, trousers, disposable socks, snow boots, fleece gloves, and Helmets will be provided at the venue for safety measures.
- Helmets are compulsory for children under 13 years old.
- NOTE – Venue is not wheelchair accessible, Pregnant ladies are not allowed on the activities
Health & Safety: Guests with pre-existing medical conditions, recent surgeries, or pregnancy are advised not to participate in adventurous activities.
Payment Terms: Full payment is required to confirm a booking.
Payment Options: Accepted methods include online prepayment and cash payment at the pickup location (must be confirmed at the time of booking).
Payment Deadline: If payment is not received at least 48 hours before the activity and no cash arrangement is confirmed, the booking may be cancelled without notice.
Guest Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled activity are non-refundable.
No-Show: Failure to arrive on time at the pickup point will be treated as a no-show and is non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for missed tours due to late arrival, inaccurate pickup information, or unresponsiveness to confirmation messages.
Refund Process: Valid refunds will be processed within 3 business days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
For card payments, it may take an additional 3 to 7 working days for the amount to appear in your bank account.
Refunds for cash payments will be made in cash, either in person or through a mutually agreed method.
